Enter your username or email address

Click 'Send Reset Link' button

Check your email for the reset link (may take 2-3 minutes)

Click the link in the email to open the reset page

Create a new password following the security requirements

Complete Entrust 2FA authentication if prompted

Confirm your new password and save changes
Helpful Tips
- Password must be at least 8 characters long
- Include uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters
- Don't reuse your last 5 passwords
